Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 24, 2026 · Last updated: May 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how BeastOS — operated by Timothy Carlson, a sole proprietor based in Austin, Texas — collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you interact with our website, our phone line, our SMS messages, and the AI assistants we operate on your behalf or on behalf of our clients.

We try to keep this readable. If anything is unclear, email timothycarlson@gmail.com and we'll explain in plain English.

2.1 Information you give us directly

2.2 Information we collect automatically

2.3 What we do NOT collect

3. How we use your information

4. Call recording & consent

Both inbound and outbound calls are recorded. A spoken disclosure plays at the start of every call (for example: "Heads up, this call's being recorded for quality — that cool?"). If you do not consent, you can tell the assistant to stop recording, or you can hang up.

Several U.S. states require all parties on a call to consent to recording: California, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Washington. Continuing the call after the spoken disclosure is the consent we rely on. If you are in one of these states and do not consent, end the call.

5. SMS & TCPA

By submitting a form on our site that asks for your phone number, you agree that we (or an AI agent acting on our behalf) may call or text you at the number you provided, using automated technology, about your request. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of SMS at any time by:

We respect the federal Do Not Call registry for outbound calls. We do not make telemarketing calls outside of 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM in your local time zone. If you only ever filled out a form, that does not constitute a telemarketing relationship — we will use your number only for the matter you contacted us about.

6. Who we share information with

We share data only with the vendors that make the service work. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

To exercise any of these rights, email timothycarlson@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA / CPRA, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and the right to deletion. We honor these requests.

9. Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, store data on infrastructure with industry-standard security controls, and limit internal access to information on a need-to-know basis. We keep weekly off-site snapshot backups of all stored data. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for any account you create with us in the future.

10. Cookies & tracking

The current BeastOS website uses minimal cookies — essentially the session-state ones required for forms to work. We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers (no Google Ads, no Meta Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight). If we add any in the future, this policy will be updated and the change disclosed.

11. Children's privacy

BeastOS is a B2B service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, email us and we will delete it.

12. International users

Our servers are in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection rules than your home country. By submitting a form or calling us, you consent to this transfer.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Material changes will be announced via email to users who have given us their email address, and on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
